Community • Pleasure • Liberation
Birth is more than a medical event. It is an embodied, relational, communal experience.
Our birth work centers pleasure, informed consent, bodily autonomy, ancestral wisdom, and the belief that families deserve to feel powerful throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.

Pleasure as Praxis
We believe that liberation is not a distant goal but a daily practice. By centering pleasure as a praxis, we create a space where Black women and femmes can be fully seen, fully embodied, and fully free. This is the soul of The Pleasure Commons—a community hub dedicated to the radical freedom of our bodies and our spirits.
Ways to Get Involved
